The "Real" Irish Sea Moss, Chonrus Crispus is it's name. The late Dr. Sebi spoke of amazing benefits of this algae. The fin shaped moss (pictured above) is a rare species of red algae that isn't harvested year long, it grows slower. It's commonly found in the beautiful cold waters of the North Atlantic.
This is the most potent Sea Moss of all containing 92 of the 102 minerals that make up the human body. Vitamins A, E, D, F and K. It has Anthocyanin which helps improve memory and cancer prevention. The potency, smell and taste is much stronger than other sea mosses, consuming 1 Tbsp a day is sufficent.
